Who do you recommend to BodEvolve?
How this Works:
- Submit your friend or family member in the above form.
- A confirmation email will go out from the BodEvolve team to your friend or family member saying that he or she was recommended to BodEvolve from a friend or family member.
- Your referral simply has to call us back after receiving the email, mention that he or she were referred and schedule a consult in order to verify the entry (“verified referral”). From there, YOU are entered into the monthly contest.
- You will receive one entry for each verified referral.
- At the beginning of each month, the BodEvolve team will randomly draw among all the verified referrals to award the monthly prize.
