Dr. Brian L. Holt is passionate about surgical techniques to treat severe obesity and the associated diseases of obesity, such as hypertension, diabetes, and obstructive sleep apnea. He uses a comprehensive approach to the disease of obesity by working with multiple disciplinary teams, allowing patients to succeed in obtaining sustained and durable weight loss.
Dr. Holt performs laparoscopic metabolic and bariatric procedures that include the Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy, Single Anastomosis Duodenal Switch (SADI-S), and the Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass. He employs minimally invasive surgical techniques to perform weight loss and metabolic surgery, as well as treatments for fore-gut and hind-gut surgical ailments, endocrine disease, and abdominal wall hernias.
